Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to several, but not all, countries. Shipping times and costs may vary. To determine the exact cost of shipping for your order, you will need to begin the checkout process and enter your location when prompted to do so. Please note that we are not responsible for any import taxes or duties assessed by foreign Customs or border patrol agencies.
What size am I?
No foot, paw, or hoof is shaped the same! Due to the plush nature of slipper construction, most slippers fit a small range of different shoe sizes. To help you make sure your new slippers will fit you, we've provided a Size Chart and sizing information on each product page. If your size falls within the size range listed, they should fit you. (If your size is on the smaller end of the size range, they will have a looser fit.) If you need help selecting a slipper or a size, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Of course, if something doesn’t fit you can always return or exchange them.
What do you do with my information?
When you shop with us, rest assured that your personal information will be kept confidential and secure. We will never share or sell your information.
Do you use real animal fur?
While they may be soft enough to fool you, none of our slippers use real animal fur. Cozy on up to any slippers in our selection with the confidence that no animals were harmed in the making.
Do they bite?
Our slippers will show you nothing but love!
